Matt has litigated more than 2,000 negligence cases involving personal injury and wrongful death. Matthew D. Levy is a partner with Dyson and Levy. Matt was born in New York and raised in New Jersey. He moved to South Florida in 1991 and now lives in Delray Beach with his wife, Dana, his two sons, Steven and Connor, and his dogs Shelby and Homer.

Peter Dyson is the managing partner of Dyson & Levy. Peter runs the day-to-day operations of the firm as well as actively litigates on behalf of clients. A native New Yorker, Peter moved to Florida in 2004 after receiving a full-tuition scholarship to attend law school at Nova Southeastern University.

Kenneth Metnick is “Of Counsel” for the firm. Dyson & Levy traces its roots to Metnick, Levy & Dyson, and the firm carries on the tradition left by Kenneth Metnick.
